Frequently Asked Questions
Learn about our practice and contact us for effective mental health care.
Here are the Questions we get asked most often
How do I get started with treatment?
Simply contact our office and set up an initial appointment. We’ll walk you through everything we may need to assess you or your loved one and discuss treatment options from there.
Do you provide medication management?
Absolutely! We may want to schedule an initial appointment just so we get a clear idea about what’s going on with you, but once that’s complete, we are happy to provide medication management if that’s all that you need.
Do you do video appointments?
Yes, we do! Contact us and ask about the availability of our telepsychiatry appointments, after hours and/or on weekends.
What are your normal appointment hours?
Our office hours are Monday to Thursday 8:15 am to 4:30 pm. On Fridays, we are open from 8:15 am to 2:30 pm for on-site appointments.
Ask about the availability of self-pay telepsychiatry appointments, after hours and/or on weekends.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we accept major network insurance, major credit cards, and health savings accounts. Some of the insurances accepted are Tricare, Tri-West, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, United Health Care, Magellan, Cigna, Caresource, and Humana. We accept the vast majority of major health insurance plans with the exception of certain HMO plans. Call our offices as this list is not comprehensive.
Ask about Dr. Warner’s self-pay telepsychiatry rates as many patients choose not to file for insurance so that there is no access to mental health records to 3rd party payors. This option is also frequently chosen by licensed professionals and executives who demand the utmost discretion and heightened sense of security to privacy.
What are your fees/payment?
This will vary depending on the appointment length and complexity and your insurance benefits. Your copay or coinsurance is due at the time of arrival for a scheduled appointment.
